In 1998 experienced manager Ertuğrul Karabulut, handed over Bay Balıkçı Restaurant and uniting his experience with M. Ali Demirci’s knowledge opened Bebek Balıkçısı instead of Yeni Bebek Restaurant. Till the day it was opened in 1998, Bebek Balıkçısı has never made concession about the service, quality and satisfaction of the customer. Fantastic sea view, 120 years old Laterna and wireless connection to the internet (unlimited) shows a harmony of old and new.

You can witness live fish trades with the fisher boats dock to the port of the restaurant.
Besides the celebrities from Turkey, it is possible to see the foreign celebrities. For example, Oliver Stone, German Foreign Affairs Minister Fischer, Al Gore, Jan Claude Van Dame, Catharine Deneuve, Gerard Depardieu or Bahrain King can be seen next to you.

Our Import Churchill brand dishes, wmf brand services, schott zwiesel brand unbreakable glass services were renewed for customer satisfaction.Our special bread comes from Bolu as organic production then presented to the service.Other significant feature is that all the vegetables and fruits are washed with Environne brand water then presented to the service.

There are some of the specialties: Cold appetizers; Aborigine salad with melissa sauce, Parsley salad, Şevketi bostan root, Spinach salad. And some of the hot appetizers are; Calamari, Fish ball, Ocean delight, Fish cooked on the paper. The favorite of the restaurant is Fish in the Salt. You should make the closing with kind of Sweet pastry with quince, Pumpkin desert and Chocolate soufflé that you can never find anywhere else.
